European Engine & Cooling System Repair
European engines run tighter tolerances, higher temps, and more complex cooling circuits than most. When something fails, it fails fast — and cheap aftermarket parts usually fail again within a year. Our engine and cooling work uses OEM or upgraded-OEM parts (aluminum pipes vs plastic, for example) so the fix is permanent.

Timing Belt / Chain Service
Belts + tensioners + water pump (when in the area), or chain + guides + tensioner on affected engines.
Water Pump & Thermostat
OEM water pumps (BMW electric, Audi plastic→metal upgrade, Mercedes, Porsche). Always paired with thermostat.
Head Gasket Repair
Full head removal, machine shop work, OEM gasket, head bolts, timing reassembly to spec.
Radiator & Coolant Flush
Plastic/aluminum radiator replacement, coolant flush & fill with OEM spec (BMW blue, VW pink G12/G13, Porsche orange).
Heater Core Service
Heater core replacement — a labor-intensive job on most European cars, done with OEM cores and fresh coolant.
Valve Job
Valve adjustment on flat-six Porsches, valve cover gasket replacement on all makes, VANOS rebuilds on BMW.
Turbo Service
Charge pipe replacement, diverter valve, turbo rebuild, oil feed/return line replacement.
Carbon Cleaning
Walnut-shell blasting of intake valves on direct-injection engines. 40k/60k interval service.

When should I replace my timing belt?
Varies by make — Audi/VW 2.0T 80k-100k miles, Porsche Cayenne 60k-80k, Volvo 100k-120k. We follow your manufacturer's interval and always replace the water pump in the same service when possible.
How often should coolant be changed?
Most European manufacturers spec every 2-4 years or 30-60k miles. We use only the exact spec coolant — mixing types can damage water pumps, gaskets, and the radiator.
Do you work on classic / air-cooled engines?
Yes. Air-cooled 911s, classic BMW, Mercedes M-class, Jaguar XK — we have the tools, parts suppliers, and experience.
