Carbon cleaning (direct-injection engines)
All Audi 2.0T, 3.0T, and 4.2L FSI engines develop carbon deposits on intake valves after 40–60k miles, causing misfires and reduced power. We perform walnut-shell blasting with the intake removed — the factory-recommended method.
Timing chain tensioner (2.0T TSI)
Early 2.0T TSI engines (2008–2013) are prone to timing chain tensioner failure that can cause catastrophic damage. We install the updated tensioner as a preventative service.
Oil consumption & PCV diagnosis
Excessive oil consumption on 2.0T engines often traces to piston rings, PCV, or turbo seals. We diagnose with leakdown and consumption tests, then rebuild short-blocks or replace PCV valves as needed.
DSG / S-tronic transmission service
DSG fluid and filter service should be performed every 40k miles. We use Audi-spec fluid and follow the proper fill procedure to prevent shudder and premature clutch wear.
EPC / electrical diagnostics
Persistent EPC lights and limp-mode events on Audi often trace to throttle body, MAF sensor, or wiring issues. We diagnose with ODIS and isolate the actual fault before throwing parts at it.
Quattro driveline service
Center differential, rear differential, and Haldex coupler service per Audi schedule. We use the factory fluids and follow the bleed procedure for proper engagement.
